Fisheye Connect is an Event Registration Service For the Photographic Community. Use Fisheye to handle your event registrations right on your own website or blog. We even help you promote your event by sending out weekly emails to interested Photographers. Our goal is simple, make the “business” part of running a workshop or seminar easy, so you can focus on your event!

No Setup Fees. No Monthly Fees. Pay for only Completed Registrations! Using Fisheye Connect is easy, our service fee is as low as 4% per ticket. (see pricing page for complete details) If your event is free, then our service is free. Our shopping cart can be customized to look like part of your own website, and it is easy to integrate into your own site or blog.

Fast Payouts! We payout every two weeks via check or direct deposit. No sitting around waiting a long time to get paid for ticket sales. Our quick payouts make it easier to deal with the many expenses of running a workshop.

Pricing:

Use our shopping cart on your site or blog for 4%

Our shopping cart is easily customized to look like an integral part of your site or blog. It has never been easier to take workshop registrations. Our cart can handle discount codes, bring a friend discounts, ticketing, and at the door sign ups, all for a 4% service fee. Our fee is only charged on completed registrations. No monthly fees or set up costs.

Note: An additional 3% Credit Card service fee is applied for each registration.

Marketing Services for only 11%

Our weekly emails to thousands of interested photographers helps you get the word out about your event. With other companies this service would cost thousands of dollars. We only charge an 11% service fee, and again that is only when we sell a seat for you on the Fisheye Connect Website. It is like having your own marketing service at no extra cost to you. There is no fee to sign up so, try us out and you can be selling seats to your next workshop in no time.

Event Registration:

We offer online registration with secure credit card processing. Students can find your photography class by location, by interest, is even by your name or the names of other instructors teaching with you.

You now have the option to create video training and upload it to Fisheye Connect. Start teaching people from around the world. You create the video, we do the rest. See our On Demand Workshop Guide for more information.

Ticketing:

Once a student finds your class they can signup online. We have an add to calendar button and we email the attendee a receipt and a customized ticket for your event. You can even include a custom message to your attendees in the receipt.

Customized Shopping Cart:

At only 4% of the ticket sale you can customize a shopping cart and we create a custom checkout button feature for your website, blog, or even email. You can even use the direct links to share on social media or link.

Marketing:

We are promoting your workshops to a list of subscribers that have opted in to receive weekly emails about photography workshops and events. Every Monday we send out an email of the new events released and the events that are coming up in the next two weeks.

We have social media icons on your workshop and profile pages encouraging easy sharing of your event. When someone signs up it gives him or her the ability share via social media outlets to share with their friends.

Reporting:

Real time reporting of your ticket sales. We send you notification emails for new signups. You can login to your account download your payout statements, view your cumulative sales, print workshop/event rosters, and event export all rosters and reports into excel. Making it easy to track your marketing efforts and numbers.

Contact Management:

Create lists and import contacts into Fisheye Connect. Easily compose emails and save templates with our easy emailing feature. Customize your profile to reflect your brand when sending emails. Use our event announcement tool by selecting a workshop date and selecting all contacts to announce your event.

Special Ticket Pricing:

Creating promo codes that are a percentage off, dollar off, or a new ticket price is easy and a great way to track your marketing efforts. Create early bird pricing for early signups and also create special pricing for guest tickets.

Event Follow Up

After the event we follow up with attendees and ask them to rate and review their experience. This can be used as a testimonial source and a way to continue to refine your class.
