Rick Ferro Photography Workshop Recap
The recent photography workshop held by Rick Ferro in Atlanta was a massive success! Rick Ferro, a nationally recognized photographer, did an amazing job giving some valuable lessons to class members. Members were able to take photos of models and expand their portfolios. We wanted to thank Ultimate Model Management for providing the wonderful models and Photoplex Studios, which is where this workshop was held. The models that were featured in this workshop were easy to work with and did an awesome job for the photographers. The scenery and backdrop of these shoots were quite excellent for the class and photography purposes.
This workshop was all about providing hands-on experience for the attendees. Students were able to shoot at 2 different outdoor locations and a professional studio, learned a lot about studio and outdoor lighting, utilized several different props, and worked with 4 different models for posing and portrait shots. In addition to teaching them valuable skills, Rick Ferro wanted to make sure that his class members could also use these pictures for their portfolios. Some of the photos we posted were those taken by the workshop attendees. This workshop was an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best in photography, Rick Ferro, and gain many of the skills that make a photographer great.
Rick Ferro is considered one of America’s top wedding photographers. He has photographed for the Miami Dolphins and travels around the world to teach thousands of people. Mr. Ferro is now a lead photographer with Disney and continues to help other photographers learn valuable skills through workshops and other seminars. He has published over eight books to help others learn different skills in photography and has also filmed many educational videos on photography.
