INSPIRATIONAL PHOTO OF THE DAY
FEC Editor’s Notes: This image is the perfect moment of shooting with your gut. A lot of times we hope for perfect weather conditions, and depending on your goal, “perfect” might mean something different to everyone. As a motion picture location scout, photographer Bonnie Marquette set out early one morning to scout the Greenwood Plantation. Thick, dense and misty fog had settled all around after a night of rain further transforming the already gorgeous location. After taking one click (featured above), harsh sun broke through changing the whole scene once again. Bonnie says this, “That day taught me to go with my gut feeling and always turn around. The old saying of “being in the right place at the right time” is very true. It was a magical half hour with just me and my camera in a magical place on a magical morning.”
