FEC Editor’s Notes: We are in love with the creativity behind this image. Arthur Meyerson was at a hotel in Tokyo waiting to check in. It was inspiration at first sight. He knew there was going to be a special way to photograph this water fall wall. So he set up his camera and waited for the perfect person to walk by. Click!
