FEC Editor’s Notes: When photographing landscapes, you want to make sure your f-stop is high enough that everything you want to be in focus, will be. We suggest starting at f8, and changing it from there. That’s what Jeff did in this gorgeous image from the Isle of Skye, in Scotland. From the tree in the foreground to the cliff-tips in the background, everything is tack sharp. You can imagine yourself sitting where Jeff is, looking out towards the horizon for miles.
