FEC Editor’s Notes: Underwater Photography poses its unique challenges. Add a Pregnant Momma and some wet fabric and there are a lot of precautions to take. It’s so important to know your client’s abilities and always to have extra help on hand. In this image, Mattasia was a fantastic swimmer, and wanted to ‘out-do the Queen,’ in otherwords, she wanted her maternity pictures to be better than Beyonce’s. She had seen Mike’s underwater maternity, and knew he would be up to the challenge. Have you ever tried swimming in high heels… while pregnant?

Really? Y’all missed the white in the reflection TWICE? The turquoise thong could’ve been edited a bit better too. Sigh. That’s not photographic skills.
Oh man! You’re right! How could we have missed that? Thanks for catching it. I guess sometimes you’re so focused on other parts of the image you completely miss things that are obvious to others. Since this is a photography site about learning, do you have advice on how to edit it better?
