INSPIRATIONAL PHOTO OF THE DAY
Photographer’s Notes: “The Best Camera is the one you Have With You”
Luckily for me, I had my Canon 5d Mark 1V on the way back from dinner, late one night in Venice, Italy.
As I crossed a bridge over a canal on the way back to my AirbnB, I noticed a lonely boat with a mysterious light shining on it. The light was so bright, it illuminated and accentuated the textures of the walls. It also created a magical aura to the scene. I couldn’t believe what I had found, so I photographed the scene using a very high ISO. I was delighted that I had decided to drag my my full frame sensor camera to dinner with me, otherwise I would have ended up with a horrible cell phone photo.
Appropriately, the image is titled “Good Night Venice.”
I shot the image at 3200 ISO, f/4 and 1/30 shutter speed.
