INSPIRATIONAL PHOTO OF THE DAY
FEC Editor’s Notes: The Colorado Rocky Mountains offer some of the most beautiful, jaw-dropping views in America. The southern Rockies shine brightest of all. Sharp, craggy 14,000 foot peaks pierce the crystalline clear azure sky. The Weminuche is an undeveloped, pristine wilderness roughly 2/3 the size of Rhode Island! The wilderness designation prohibits motorized vehicles of any kind. To see this majestic country, you either hike it or hoof it! This is an unparalleled opportunity to photograph alpine wildflowers, rugged mountain landscapes, waterfalls, glacial lakes, and, of course, authentic wranglers, camp scenes, and horses.
